Before i really wonder why Americans love to be in sunlight or sand bathing under the sun especially women...I was thinking they just love beaches. Now i know now because they're trying to protect their selves in a breast cancer. In the study, exposure to sunlight may reduce the risk of breast cancer in women.
According to Dr. Esther M. John, "We believe that sunlight helps reduce woman's risk of breast cancer because the body manufactures the active form of vitamin D from exposure to sunlight."
"It is possible that these effects were observed only among light-skinned women because sun exposure produces less vitamin D among women with naturally darker pigmentation."
Now i have to start exposing myself to sunlight again. Before, i keep complaining its so hot when im under the sun. Now i know its good for our health. Morning sunlight is the best i think.
So guys walking out in the morning with your love ones it will be a good exercise to and you can protect yourself from breast cancer.
