Peso is coming up!!

Im so happy to know that Peso is coming up. When i send money back home last Friday through Philippine National Bank im a bit feel glad that its already 41.10 pesos in 1 dollar. The last time i saw the exchange rate was 39 pesos. But finally its coming up and hope it will come up more and more. Since when i got here in LA the lowest exchange rate i saw was 38.90 pesos. That was so disappointing. And hope that it will come back to atleast 50 pesos per dollar. I will be more happy with that.

Ooopppsss!!! Its not consistent!!! When i just visit the site right now the peso is drowning again!! Its 41.00 now!! Gush...Oh well i guess thats life....

Ultimate Grilled Steak

I love cooking and brwosing the net for recipes. Guys check this out. It's a Grilled Steak. If you love steak then im sure you will enjoy this. Try it!


INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce
1/2 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 small cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
2 (8 ounce) beef rib eye steaks


DIRECTIONS
Mix steak sauce, dressing, garlic and oregano. Reserve 1/4 cup of the mixture. Pour remaining 3/4 cup mixture over steaks in resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Drain steak; discard marinade.
Grill steak 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F.) Serve drizzled with reserved 1/4 cup dressing mixture.

Easy huh? So copy the ingredients now and make this. Im sure your family will love this taste!!

Can you give an Hour for the Earth?

Today is the day that we observe Earth Hour. This means you should turn off your lights and electricity during the 8-9pm hour. This started last night in Sydney, Australia. Now its our turn here in North America. If just 2 million people and at least 2000 businesses participated for this one hour of energy savings, then we could reduce the worlds carbon emissions by at least 10 percent. In San Francisco (one of the last major cities to participate) the Golden Gate Bridge, the Bay Bridge and most office towers will go dark to show support for the campaign to raise awareness for climate change.

Chikezie Eze Eliminated on American Idol

Chikezie Eze is one of my hubbys favorite in American Idol Contestant. But too bad he is already eliminated last night. I think everybody in top 12 are good singers and has real unique talents. But we all know that only one can get the big Prize. As Simon said last night, Chikezie Eze chose a wrong song or not fit for him, He said it wasnt original. So i guess when the other finalist chooses wrong songs for the next round i bet the judges will cut their head off from American Idol!! But still it saves them when they have lots of relatives and friends of course fans that will vote for them. So good luck to everybody especially David Archuleta my bet and Ramielle Malubay( Filipina).

Its Late now but there's still Sunlight!!

Its really weird because its almost 7pm here in LA but still there is still sunlight!! And in the morning its still dark when its 7am!! This is really amazing!! The world is really amazing!! But I like it though cause even its already kinda late still i can see the streets and plus i dont work very early so im good with it. Im sure some of new in here from Philippines will be amaze too.

I came to this issue cause i was browsing Sam and Toni Gonzaga's pictures but i saw this!! Oh my... this is ridiculous!!! Sam and Piolo are not gay!! As you can see Sam's right hand where it holds Piolo's left hand is not straight!!! plus the color is different from his other arm. Man...people cant do nothing in their lives!! You almost got me though!! At the first look you can see they're really holdings hands but when you look at the hands meticulously you can tell it is edited!!!

Oh well, I hope this both fine guys will still continue to make good movies. I like them both!!!

Hey guys whats up everybody? Its really a hot Sunday today!! I can feel its a good and warm outside!!! I think God made this day a hot day so everybody can able to celebrate the Easter Sunday and barbecue. But me and hubby just here at home chillin'. Since we dont have any relatives to spend with or other near friends since Michelle is gone, but later tonight we plan to go eat outside maybe go to our favorite Chinese food restaurant and then go home. Thats all simple life we have in here.

Hi guys good morning! I just remember when i was in Philippines every Holy Week time we used to cook "Binignit" means its a made of variety of fruit crops. But now since im here in America i cant even even feel the essence of Holy Week. It has a big difference when in terms of culture. Mostly people here only celebrate for Easter Sunday and i observe they are more on Easter egg hunting game and stuff. I dont really feel if people here are knows the meaning of Easter. Oh well, people are different and im not in my own homeland. Im just saying i wish im home so i can eat the "binignit" Im pretty sure my sister made it.

Our Dinner for Tonight

Its my day off today and tomorrow and that means i have to cook for our meal. Since i just worked yesterday for 2 hrs. due to some unreasonable headache(lol) I have to do my house chores including cooking but guess what im just here at the computer and chasing those opp. And Its my lucky day cause today i got 3 opps and i got 72 bucks for that(lol).

Anyways, i still have the chance to make our dinner. I asked My buddy Lira what would be a good recipe for tonight. She told me if i have chicken or pork i can add ketchup, pepper, water and the common spices just like onions and garlic. Since i made chicken adobo last night i decided to make the pork meat for Lira's Recipe. So here it is.

So i hope hubby will like it. Im just glad that my husband has dont have any preference to food. He said he can eat anything or whatever ill make. So im so lucky to have him cause its not hard for me (lol).

I dont feel good

I went to work today at 12noon, i already dont feel good when i was in the bus. I got to work and i got severe headache. After 2hrs i told my supervisor that im not feeling well and then she let me go home. So im here right now resting but still i have a little headache but ill be fine cause i can totally relax cause its my days off tomorrow and Wednesday. So thats what happened to me today.

Good morning guys. Hope you are doing well. Anyways, I want to greet you'll Happy St. Patrick's Day! Just want to give you a review about St. Patrick.

Saint Patrick (Latin: Patricius[2], Irish: Naomh Pádraig) was a Roman Britain-born Christian missionary and is the patron saint of Ireland along with Brigid of Kildare and Columba. When he was about sixteen he was captured by Irish raiders and taken as a slave to Ireland, where he lived for six years before escaping and returning to his family. He entered the church, as his father and grandfather had before him, becoming a deacon and a bishop. He later returned to Ireland as a missionary, working in the north and west of the island, but little is known about the places where he actually worked and no link can be made with Patrick and any church. By the eighth century he had become the patron saint of Ireland. The Irish monastery system evolved after the time of Patrick and the Irish church did not develop the diocesan model that Patrick and the other early missionaries had tried to establish.

The available body of evidence does not allow the dates of Patrick's life to be fixed with certainty, but it appears that he was active as a missionary in Ireland during the second half of the fifth century. Two letters from him survive, along with later hagiographies from the seventh century onwards. Many of these works cannot be taken as authentic traditions. Uncritical acceptance of the Annals of Ulster (see below) would imply that he lived from 378 to 493, and ministered in modern day northern Ireland from 433 onwards.

So thats about the history of St. Patrick. My hubby told me to wear green today. It's the designated color for St. Patrick. So i guess ill wear my green jacket, to let people know that i recognized St. Patrick's day too.

Im really happy i saw that ABS-CBN Programs are back!!! Now i can enjoy watching more of my favorite teleseryes!! And there's alot of them i missed!! Oh i really thank you Admin Telebisyon for bringing back my happiness!! I could watch of TV patrol news, Maalaala Mo kaya, The BUzz and Sharon!! Whew!! I have lots of shows to watch tonight!! As to my last post, i thought telebisyon.spreebb.com was finished already but its not!! When i tried to open the site again its working!! Thank God!! I can watch Filipino programs again!! I wonder if somebody uploaded Pacquaio vs. Morales fight already. Oh well, its time to browse the site whats new. So happy that my Filipino Channel is back on track!! I want to thank the Telebisyon admin for that.

Manny Pacquaio Won As usual!!

I wasn't able to watch it live yesterday! But for sure ill be able to watch it in youtube. I talked to my sister today and she told me that Pacquiao won in the fight she said too its 1 pt. difference from Marquez. Gush too close!. Manny Pacquiao is really amazing. And its true that both Marquez and Pacquiao are warriors in the ring. But still the Patriot of Philippines won. Pacquiao rules!! It's a celebration in Philippines again. It's just sad he moved to GMA. Im Kapamilya!!!

I decided to get an iMac!

Today is Friday and i just worked for 4 hrs today started 8am till 1230pm. While at work im so excited and wanna go home and wishing my work is over. Im excited because we will get the New computer at Apple store in Glendale Galleria. Aside from the computer im excited too to get home because two of my friends keep texting me that there's a lot of opp in PPP. Gush, i cant stop myself checking the phone if there's still more. And when i get home the first thing to do id turn on the computer and im so lucky there are still opp waiting for me. Now, i grab the video opp for oyster. But still waiting for hubby to take video of me. So for now my day is okay. I worked and i grab some bucks too from blogging. Later guys!!

NY Gov. Eliot Spitzer resigns

Everyone of us has it's own issues. But we should not judge others people's life. Just like Gov. Eliot Spitzer. I may not know him much but i know for sure that everyone of us made a mistakes. I know he has the right to be forgiven by American people. But because he is a public image it really affects his duty to serve the country as Governor. I know he should be a model to his country men. But as i said he is only a human who made mistakes. Who among you here dont make mistakes in life? Nobody is perfect is this world. In my own thought and opinion though Gov. Spitzer has failed his people but i know still deep inside his heart he is still good person cause if he dont then he wont be a Governor of New York and nobody believes in him before.

But in this issue. Gov, Spitzer has finally made his resignation effective on Monday. Due to prostitution scandal he will be impeach by Republicans if he didnt step down.

Victoria Secret Skin Care Fragrance

As i mentioned to my post the last time, we bought some Victoria Secret colognes to send in Philippines for my Sister and in-laws. But as i talked to my sister today early this morning she asked me how much of each cologne, i told her i got 6 for 30 bucks and its a 250ml. She told me wow thats so cheap! She even told me ill give her 2 different colognes. I said we'll see hehehe. Anyways, I posted this about VS because my sister told me that when you buy it in Philippines it cost 560 pesos for each of the 256 ml at the Department Stores. So i was thinking like why dont i buy more and let my sister sell it to her friends for cheaper. Since for 6 bottles of colognes is 30 bucks it cost 5 dollars each. So in Philippine money its only like 200 pesos and im thinking my sister can sell it for like 350 pesos. I think it will be a good business for them. So i might grab some more of VS next week and then send my balikbayan box at the end of this month.

Today this morning i was in my bed thinking, i said to myself ill cut my hair. I did it and guess what? I cut it with my own hands! It was hard but i made it. My husband was surprized lol! He said how come you did it? Why you didnt go to the salon? I said what for it is even right? Hahahaha. I decided to cut it cause its been a long time i dont have a short hair it feels like i have to try something new. Aftern everything was done i felt my head is so lite. It feels good while i was out with hubby. We went to get the box so i can send my gifts for my family then we went to the Mall to grab some Victoria secret colognes and guess what its so cheap only $30 for 6 colognes! What a good deal!!

It is very true that sometimes that our problem is so easy. Whatever it is, seems we're just relax and never thank God for the things we have got. But we never know that other's life is so hard trying to survive and solve their own problem especially in day to day living. Im so touched because sometimes i forgot to say thank you to the Almighty each time my day is finish from work. And sometimes, i see lots of Mexican people here in LA trying to survive and try to get a real job, and just waiting outside the store and asking for a job or anything that people from the store can offer them for a help so they can have some money to spend from their day to day living. Im so lucky enough that i have a job, i earn at least. And can get what i want while some people cant eat.

We should be thankful that we have our own home, family and friends that always support us. Life may not be easy atleast we have our family and friends to lean on. And NEVER ever judge the people around you because you dont know what they're going through in their life.

For the past few days im so excited to get a new computer as to my previous post i wanted to get an IMac. As i mentioned from my previous too me and hubby will get the new computer this coming Friday. But hubby called me today from work if im really really sure to get the new computer. Now he made me think twice about it. Im thinking im not sure anymore cause iMac is super expensive and the money we will use is my savings. I know sometimes we have to reward our self but im thinking we dont really need a new computer at all. Our desktop is still fine and i can still grab campaigns from advertising sites. Maybe im just the one who is slow from grabbing it.

So now i have a hard time to decide cause hubby was excited too but when i told him im not sure anymore he was kinda disappointed. Oh well, we'll see what we can see hehehe...

Annoying Pop-ups!!

In past 3 days im getting this annoying pop ups! I wonder why its like this when i didnt sign up from anything. Each time i open my blog or other's blog i usually get this pop up and i hate it of course nobody wants to be interrupted. As i visited avee's blog i read her post about pop ups too. I though im not just the one has the problem with it but my other co-bloggers are.

Now as i talked to Avee she told me that from those free widgets that we signed up probably the hackers installed a code in there so thats why we're getting this advertising pop-ups but yesterday morning before i went to go to work i had a porno pop-up, uh-oh!! So for the mean time i deleted so of my widgets. So i dont have this pop-up anymore when i open my blog but when i open my other blogger's site still im getting this pop-up because their widgets are still in there site.

So for my co-blogger if you dont want to get pop-pop just delete your other widgets for the meantime.

Hi guys how are you?Good morning!!! I wasn't able to post yesterday cause i had a long day yesterday. When i came home i felt so tired and dont feel to update my blog. Though it was tiring and long day i still had an exciting day yesterday. Dont you know that i saw a guy took something from the store and put it on his tummy under his shirt? At first i thought the civilian guard was playing with him cause he kept chasing the guy and i was thinking the other guy was an employee or something cause i saw him almost everyday in the store. But when i saw him put the item under his shirt i told the civilian gurad that i saw it and he said shhhhhhhhh so i pretend i didnt see anything but i guess the other guy knew him he was being followed so he kept walking and turning to around to the shelves to lost the civilian guard. So i went my own way too cause it was lunch and pretend nothing happened im sure the civilian guard handle the issue but until i went off from work i dont have any update anymore, i dont if he catch the guy or he handcuff him.

So thats what happened at work, i saw 2 incident already and handcuffed the thieve at the store. I got scared when they they catch someone cause i feel something will happen at work. Anyways, thats life, i guess some people steal stuff so they will survive cause i know life here in America is hard but still its not right, all you have to do is work hard and survive.

Telebisyon is Finished?

Before i keep visiting and watching Filipino programs at Telebisyon.spreeb.com and as my source of Filipino Channel. But when ABS-CBN Programs removed from their site i barely visit the site. For 1 week of not visiting the site i wonder whats going on until today this morning i tried to access the site it says that problem loading. Even today it wont show up anything. I wonder if they announced the closing of the site or what and i missed it. Now, im thinking they shutdown the site because GMA and ABS-CBN dont want them to operate anymore because nobody is subscribing the Filipino Channel on TV. But too bad i cant watch movies or the Filipino programs in there. So i guess ill go back in youtube to watch some programs and Filipino news program.

Good day on Friday

Hi guys good morning!I got up early as usual to chase those ads and for today so far i got 2 ads. Its another exciting day with buddy Lira. She sms me very early to wake up and now im here!! I hope we'll get the bigger amount.

Anyways, It's a nice weather today. Its not hot and not cold. I like this weather i always feel the cool breeze from outside and when i go walk to go to work. And hope you guys have a nice day. Smile and keep beautiful inside out.

Im so pissed!!!!

Hey guys im so pissed today! Before i went to work i tried to get some ads and luckily i got 11bucks. Just right before i submit my post, the 90 bucks came out!! I said d_ _ m!! I could get it if i did not reach into 3 post for today. Gush i was really pissed off cause its really a big amount. I went to work very pissed and called hubby about it. He just laughed at me!!! Even when i was in the bus already i checked the PPP and still available!! I was really disappointed. But i think its okay, maybe its not really meant for me im sure there will be more ads to get for next days, i hope. Today was okay i got 43.50 bucks. I really like chasing ads cause its very exciting and fun especially when me and buddy Lira trying to get it. And guess what me and hubby decided to get the iMac so i can get the ads faster. Hehehehe. I hope!!!

Hey fellas its time to sleep again day off is over and work again tomorrow its good that i only have 4hrs of work and ill start at 4pm. I still have time to chase ads in PPP. My day today was fun and exciting i like chasing ads in PPP cause its very trilling. I got 20 bucks all in all of ads posted in my blog today and so far im satisfied with that. My day off was not wasted cause im earning some extra income.
