Eraserheads still No. 1!!

Do you remember Alapaap, With a Smile, Huling El Bimbo? I cant forget this songs cause i have their albums when i was home. I cant really forget the songs of Eraserheads. In fact they're still one of my favorite band but unfortunately they were separated due to some personal issues with the band. They said Ely Buendia quit the band cause he felt that his band member is not supporting him. But no matter what is that, i was hoping they were still together.

Anyways, after 6 yrs. of disbanded, the Eraserheads reunited with a big concert last night at The Fort in Manila. I read on Pep that there were 60,000 of people attended and witnessed the reunion. If i was there in Philippines I might see the concert too. But thanks to some uploaders in youtube i was able to watch some of the songs they were singing.

Moreover, after the 1st set of songs and 20mins break, Ely had to rushed in the hospital. He got a chest pain. For you to know, Ely had his heart attacked before. Due to physical and emotional condition, Ely cant continue to sing at the concert. So his band member and Ely's Sister had to announced they had to cut the concert short. They had to explain everything and what happened to Ely.

People left concert quietly. I know they understand Ely's condition, plus his mother just passed away 3 days ago.

Anyways, i hope Ely has a speedy recovery on his health. He is still young. He is a good singer and i love all their songs. Let's pray for Ely's condition.

My Adobong Manok Bow!!

It's my off today and it's time to cook for hubby. Earlier we decided to eat at our favorite Chinese Food but i realized that i took out the chicken earlier so i can cook. So i finally decide to cook so we can save up money. This time, i cooked Adobong Manok. It doeasnt look good but as usual hubby like it. And oh, i fried chicken yesterday too and brought at work as my lucnh. My co-worker(Mexican) smell it and she ask me if i was the one who made it, of course yes! She asked me how to do it. So i told her to marinate the chicken with soy sauce, vinegar and chop garlic. Then later again after 2 hrs she asked me how many table spoons, so i guess she really wanna try my recipe lol.

Anyways, sorry guys cant get back to you right away due to busy at work. We have a little problem with hubby too, he told me to stay away from the computer cause i dont have time with him anymore. Hubby got jealous? Oh well, my technique now is when he's not home ill come online and then when he gets home ill behave hehehehe..

Anyways, Im talking about this show cause i met the Show host Miss Myles. One day she had her shopping in the store where i work, she was on my register and a lady asked here, you are Myles right? She said yes, then the lady said i knew it!! I am fan of yours!! Then they get acquainted. And i got excited lol. And the the 2nd time she was on my register again i asked her finally, I said Maam i remember you have show right?and told me yes and told me everything about the show. Then i finally watched the show and she was right. I like it cause its all about how to transform the look and improve the stuff in a cheap way.

Anyways, i met her again today at work and talked to her and she recognized me lol. She told me it's her store lol. She even told me too "nice to you again." And im sure ill still meet her again. Maybe ill take picture of her with me next time.

Peso is Unpredictable

I always check the exchange rate online. My source is from Philippine National Bank since i always wire money through them for my family. That last i send money was last Friday. Im glad the peso was 44.80 in a dollar but yesterday when i checked it it went to 44.95. I was so glad and happy to know that but today it went down. I was kinda dismay but still im glad at least it is keeping up compare for the few months it went to 41.

We cant really predict the exchange rate. But im hoping it will go back to at least 50 pesos in a buck.

Universal for 2nd time around

Hey guys i want to thank everyone who greeted me and hubby on our b-day yesterday. For all you know me and hubby have the same birth date as in same day, same month and same year. Cool huh? Yesterday morning we're just chilling out and then in the afternoon get the groceries that i needed for today. I decided to celebrate me and hubby's b0day today so my friends can come, contacted some of them but they're too busy. It's good Jam and Ate Mel came and brought some food. That's why we have some left overs so ill bring the food at work for some of my friends.

Anyways, after we ate and relax and took some pictures at home, we decided to go to Universal. The first time i went to Universal Studio was last year. 1 week after i got here. Then today with Jam, Ate Mel and hubby. We had fun walking around in City Walk.

It was really a great day today. To prove that here some of pictures that hubby took of me.

Oh one thing that was made me amazed, i saw and talked to my School mate Mae, i didnt see her after we graduated in High School. It happened we drop by in Starbucks Cafe and they did too with her friends. SO i called her and talked. It is really a small world.

Another thing is my Maiden Name is Buca right? If you will look at the picture of me there's a restaurant called Buca de beppo. Darn!! I'm popular in US!! lol.

Busy Days..

Good morning everyone! I wasnt able to post a lot for few days due to busy life. I have more hours now and i dont want to miss it. Sometimes im thinking to call off work for 1 day relax but sometimes im thinking ill be losing money. SO i decided not to and keep going on counting the money that not mine lol.

Anyways, im glad that there is new exciting things happening in my life. Today, i was able to talk to my family and saw them in the webcam. Im so happy as always talking to my jolly niece and nephew. One more thing too, i get connected to my old friend Charma from my place Mandug. She just started a new Group called BATMAN(Batang Mandug) Exclusive for people who has friendters, currently living and left Mandug. I enjoy reading the discusssions we have in the site. Bad Dream

I woke up so early today cause im having a bad dream. I remember about a plane about to crash and trying to land backwards. That was so weird. After that a missiles landing on the houses and then near to my parents house. We were out and got the kids, screaming and crying. I woke up and got scared. I just realized that in my dream we didnt get the youngest kid. Made me more scared.

I know now why i got that kind of dream. Few days ago my family told me about bombing in my place. NPA attacked the plain site of the Lapanday Company in Mandug which is my town. Its good nobody hurts but in the morning they found out the construction trucks burned by NPA's so sad...

That's why at this moment, im thinking to get a new house near at my friends house somewhere near downtown. I cant sleep well at night when i know my family will be in harm anytime. For sure this bandits will attack anytime soon.

Im just praying here that my family will always be safe..

Excited with our new furnitures!!

I woke up so early today cause our furniture will arrive today. Since our room mates gone they had to take all the stuff they have furniture, kitchen stuff. Now at this moment our apartment is very empty and we decided to get new furniture so we have our own stuff.

Im kinda proud of myself i invested some stuff here. I am the one who's paying the stuff like our tv, microwave, ref and now the furniture. Hubby is the one who pay the bills and im one who's saving my money and get the other stuff.

So im here now waiting for the call of the delivery guy so we can be ready when they arrive.
